All goods that leave our warehouse pass quality control and are in perfect condition. But mistakes can happen, and here at Monkey Business we are committed to your satisfaction.
So, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from receiving and we shall exchange it or refund you the purchase price. If we determine that the return is due to a defective product or due to an error on our parts, we will also refund the delivery charge.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo image of the damage, if possible.
Returning Unused Items by Mail:
Please email us at email@example.com - let us know your order number, the item(s) that you are returning and the reason for the return.
Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund to the account originally used or an exchange.
State the delivery address for your exchange.
Please make sure to package the return securely in the original box and include any paperwork. Packages must be returned pre-paid and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
If you are asking for a refund of the delivery expense please include a receipt for this cost.

As a condition for receiving a refund the items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original product packaging, with all labels and tags intact.
