Return & Exchange Policy

All goods that leave our warehouse pass quality control and are in perfect condition. ‬But mistakes can happen, ‬and here at Monkey Business we are committed to your satisfaction.
So‭, ‬if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, ‬simply return it to us in its original condition within 30‭ ‬days from receiving and we shall exchange it or refund you the purchase price. ‬If we determine that the return is due to a defective product or due to an error on our part, ‬we will also refund the delivery charge.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to e-mail us at with a photo image of the damage, if possible. 

Returning Unused Items by Mail‭:‬

  1. Please email us at‭ - ‬let us know your order number, ‬the item(s‭) ‬that you are returning and the reason for the return.‬

  2. Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund of your payment to the account originally used or a replacement product.

  3. State the delivery address for your replacement.‬

  4. Please make sure to package the return securely in the original box and include any paperwork. ‬Packages must be returned pre-paid and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. ‬

  5. If you request a refund of the delivery expense please include a receipt for this cost.‬

As a condition for receiving a refund the items must be returned unused, ‬in their original condition, ‬and in their original product packaging, ‬with all labels and tags intact.‬
