Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Accounts via EFT and PayPal. To protect customers' privacy Monkey Business uses Shopify and PayPal to process the payments.  You do not need to do any extra work. The checkout process is familiar and industrial standard.

At Monkey Business, we do our best to guarantee your privacy and on-line shopping safety. 

All billing information is processed by 3rd party industry leading  companies - Shopify or PayPal.com, an online bank owned by eBay, considered worldwide as the safest way to pay on the net. 

Both are secured by multiple industrial security technologies.


It is Monkey Business' policy not to share our customers details with any third party. We will never share your personal and private information with anyone, and any personal information collected by us is only used to properly process and deliver your order.

We occasionally send out newsletters to our MB club customers. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door:

Once you complete your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail from us and we shall immediately start processing your order. Processing and packing - We do our best to process and dispatch goods as swiftly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we shall contact you via e-mail or phone.Shipping time – Depends on the shipping method you choose. Priority Mail usually takes 3-5 business days to US destinations and 6-10 business days to international destinations. 

Express shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days for most destinations. 
The estimated delivery times are quoted by the carriers and may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year etc.

Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day so if you are not at home a card will be posted through your door with instructions on what to do next.

Monkey Business gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates and times vary depending on the destination and type of service you choose.

We offer the following shipping options: 

For destinations inside the United States

1. USPS Priority Mail - Trackable (delivered within 3-6 days)   

Orders below $30 are charged $7.00 for this option.   

Orders of $30 and above receive this option free.

2. UPS 3 Day Select - (delivered within 3 days)    

All orders are charged $20.00 for this option.

For destinations outside the United States

1. USPS Priority Mail - Trackable (delivered within 6-10 days)   

Orders below $40 are charged $28.00 for this option.   

Orders between $30-$75 are charged $18.00 for this option.    

Orders of $75 and above receive this option free.

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email stating your order tracking reference number.

Please note: Live tracking is only available after the carriers initially scan the package. Between the time the item leaves Monkey Business and the time it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. 

This means that your destination is not frequented by our carrier.

If you need any help please contact us, quoting your order reference and tracking number, and we'll gladly check the status of your order.

International customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes at the receiving end.

Monkey Business strongly encourages all customers to check with their local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs. Monkey Business is not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in customers' countries.

Express mail cannot ship to PO boxes . Registered air mail can.  Please consider this when choosing your shipping method.

As soon as your payment has cleared, you should receive an email automatically from our server confirming the order. 

Email software might be blocking Monkey Business emails, thinking (mistakenly!) that our email is spam, email address: support@monkeybusiness.co.il. Please check your SPAM/JUNK e-mail folders first.

Contact us and we will be happy to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

All goods that leave our warehouse pass quality control and are in perfect condition. ‬But mistakes can happen, ‬and here at Monkey Business we are committed to your satisfaction.
So‭, ‬if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, ‬simply return it to us in its original condition within 30‭ ‬days from receiving and we shall exchange it or refund you the purchase price. ‬If we determine that the return is due to a defective product or due to an error on our part, ‬we will also refund the delivery charge.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to e-mail us at mb@monkeybusiness.co.il with a photo image of the damage, if possible.

Refunds and replacements are treated the same way as  new orders - Replacement will typically be sent within 1-2 working days. Refunds can be seen in your account once it is processed. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail.
